Hope you're all feeling the festive vibes! We’re a week into the Christmas month, and we're ready to kick things up a notch with a coffee creation that's as bold and unique as our incredible community.


Introducing the Kenyan Vanilla Maple Twist Latte!


This isn't your average latte; it's a celebration of Kenyan AA coffee, blended with the velvety goodness of oat milk and kissed by the sweet allure of vanilla and maple. Picture this: the rich, full-bodied notes of Kenyan coffee meeting the warm embrace of vanilla and the sweet dance of maple. It's a flavor explosion, a party in your mouth, and we can't wait for you to try it!


Why Kenyan AA?


Our commitment to bringing you the finest African coffees continues with the spotlight on Kenyan AA beans. Grown at higher elevations, these beans boast a rich and full body with bright, citrusy notes – the perfect canvas for our next masterpiece.



Crafting the Kenyan Vanilla Maple Twist Latte:


Ingredients:

1/2 cup coarse ground Kenyan AA coffee beans

2 cups hot water (just below boiling)

1 cup oat milk (or your preferred milk alternative)

1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Instructions:


Prepare Coffee in French Press:

Add the coarse-ground coffee beans to the French press.

Pour hot water over the coffee grounds and let it steep for about 4 minutes.

Press down the plunger slowly to separate the grounds from the liquid.


Create Maple Vanilla Syrup:

In a small saucepan, mix the maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Heat on low, stirring until well combined.

Set aside to cool. This creates a delightful Maple Vanilla twist for your latte.


Froth Oat Milk:

Heat the oat milk until warm but not boiling.

Froth the oat milk using a milk frother or by shaking it vigorously in a jar until it becomes creamy and frothy.


Assemble your Latte:

In a glass, combine the freshly brewed coffee with the frothed oat milk.

Add the Maple Vanilla syrup and stir well.


Garnish (Be Creative!):

Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a twist of orange peel for an extra layer of flavor.

You can also float a few fresh berries on top for a nod to the bright berry notes in the Kenyan AA coffee.
