WHEN DO YOU ROAST AND SHIP YOUR COFFEE?

We typically roast on weekends and Wednesdays and ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. Depending on order intake and levels of coffee inventory, we might ship some orders late on the weekend. We will always strive to ship orders within 3 days of roasting.

DO YOU OFFER GROUND COFFEE AS AN OPTION?

No, we do not at this time.

CAN I MODIFY MY COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?

Absolutely!! We are here to serve you and give you complete control over your preferences. You can add a bag, skip a shipment, change the frequency, or even switch from a blend to a single origin. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

When we receive your order, our staff in Minneapolis will get to work to fulfill it! Your order will typically ship out within three business days. Please note, that we are closed on most national holidays. If you place an order during those days, it will take at least two business days for us to ship your freshly roasted coffee. You’ll get an email update when your box of coffee love is in the careful hands of UPS or USPS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless Expedited service is selected. Most locations in the continental U.S. are no more than 4 business days away, and the closer you are to our hometown of Minneapolis, the quicker your order will arrive. Check the UPS or USPS time-in-transit maps for delivery to your location. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed. Consider expediting your package if it’s time-sensitive. Expect service to take a little longer in November and December, as both processing and time in transit may be delayed due to shipping volume.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will receive automated email messages with updates and tracking information throughout the process of your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection.  Accordingly, Safari Pride Coffee is happy to exchange merchandise within 15 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to mailing an item back to us, please connect with our customer service team so we can keep an eye out for your return.
